NiruX ("we", "us") operates ai.questtitan.in and the NiruX mobile app. This policy explains what data we collect, how it's used, and your rights over it.

1. What we collect

• Account info: name and email, if you sign up.
• Chat content: messages you send to Niru, saved only if you're signed in, so you can access history across devices.
• Usage data: streaks, XP, credits used, agent activity — used to power in-app features like your dashboard.
• Payment data: handled directly by Razorpay; we never see or store your card/UPI details.

2. How we use it

Your data is used solely to operate NiruX — saving your chats, personalizing responses, tracking your progress, and processing payments. We never use your conversations to train AI models, ours or anyone else's.

3. Third parties we use

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
• Groq — processes your messages to generate AI responses. Message content is sent to Groq's API for this purpose only.
• Razorpay — payment processing for Pro/Business plans.
Each of these providers has their own privacy practices governing data they process on our behalf.

4. Your rights

You can delete your entire chat history or your full account at any time from Privacy & Data settings inside the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You can also email teamnirux@gmail.com to request data deletion or ask questions about your data.

5. Data storage & security

Data is stored on Supabase's infrastructure with encryption in transit. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children's privacy

NiruX is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as NiruX evolves. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date above.

By using NiruX (ai.questtitan.in or the NiruX app), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use NiruX. If you're under 18, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use NiruX to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content, attempt to breach security, resell access without permission, or use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

3. AI-generated content

Niru's responses are generated by AI and can be incorrect or incomplete. NiruX is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or educational advice. Always verify important information independently, especially for exam prep, legal drafts, or business decisions generated by any agent.

4. Payments & subscriptions

Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact teamnirux@gmail.com within 7 days of a charge if you believe a refund is warranted.

5. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your own account at any time from Privacy & Data settings.

6. Limitation of liability

NiruX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NiruX and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated content.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
